serial numbers

I'm fairly new here and the game will not let me register my serial number.I get as far as where purchased and pushing the button does nothing also submitting does nothing.What please is up?

This might sound strange, by try scrolling the page all the way up so the button is near the top of your browser window. It sometimes helps to hit F-11 to put the browser into full screen mode.

This has been a problem on the Planet Auran site for some time now, at least with Firefox.
