H HiBaller 19 Years of Trainz Jan 2, 2011 #2 The help desk is out on holiday until later this week. Very limited support during this time. Your serial number shoud be in the form of 6 groups of four alphanumeric characters with spaces between each group (sometimes separated by dashes). Bill
