Seems this user has been pestering most people for a serial.
Report it to Auran with as much detail as possible.
Others have already reported it, but going by your post, Auran haven't done anything about it yet. ???
I haven't received one yet, but I'm hoping I do so I can give him a kick up the arse (verbally, at least).
Too many people think the world owes them something for nothing.
Odds on it's a kid with parents that let him use the Internet without supervision, in which case it's a reflection on the parents as much as it is on the "gimme it all for nothing" kid.
