serial Number Help

At the moment the servers are down and N3V have been asleep all day, plus there is always a backlog due to not having having many staff, as its only a small company and they have been closed for two weeks for the Holiday with only a limited helpdesk anyway, started up again on Tuesday I believe. They are hiring an additional Helpdesk person though according to a post somewhere on here.

Product Key/Serial Number for purchased DVD version

Shane, thanks again for holding my hand. Version is physical DVD purchased online from Auran. Should you need more details, I can repeat purchase date, order number etc, but that is in a previous post. In the physical box, there was/is not label tag or anything which might indicate a product code.serial number or the like.. I just received an email from auran, which included a serial number (THANK YOU, ZEC), so maybe things are looking up. I'll post results, and am hopeful. Helpdesk are normally good at sorting issues like that out. It does take time though.
