serial Number Help

Hello.

I download Trainz for Mac from the Mac App Store and I never saw an email with the serial number to register my account. Can anyone Help me here? Where might I find it, or what should I do?

The App Store edition of Trainz Simulator Mac does not require a serial number.

Our system will automatically detect your purchase of TS:Mac from the App Store, and update your download station permissions to reflect this.
 
Yes Thank you for posting the above information, posting it somewhere on an info page maybe helpful for other users who are also new to Trainz. I looked around all over for the information before I came here.
 
Hi All
I will speak with our admin after the Christmas/New Year break to see if we can add this to the serial number page.
 
How does one gain access to the Mac forum, which requires entry of your serial number, if you've purchased from the App Store?

I downloaded Trainz from the Mac App Store as well and I don't seem to be able to access the download station either.

I'm trying to get to the Mac forum you mentioned earlier. I haven't been able to find it, but have found links to it in other posts, but it tells me I don't have access whenever I try. I can access the download station fine though.

Product Key/Serial Number for purchased DVD version

Unable to install, due to no PRODUCT KEY. Manual states said key is in 'back' of manual. It isn't. No help from help desk either. Anybody of there know where Product Key is? Thanks.
 
For a DVD version, it should either be on the very back page of the manual, or as a label in the box.

Where did you get it from?

Shane, thanks for the headsup.
1) The product was purchased from N3VRF41L Publishing Pty, Ltd., via http//www.auran.com/ (Order #160688) December 30, 2011

2) The box contains 1 DVD & 1 printed manual. There are no tags on (or in) box, DVD or manual.

3) The printed manual has absolutely zero product key (or serial number reference anywhere, other than on page 11, "To play Trainz, you will need to enter your product key. For a DVD version, this is normally found on the back of the manual." There is no product key on the front, back, or anywhere in the 55 page manual.

4) Is PRODUCT KEY the same meaning as SERIAL NUMBER? If so why two terms? If different, what is different?

Product Key, Serial Number, and CD Key are the same thing.

Due to a server issue at the moment, it may have trouble validating it.

Anybody guess why Auran Help Desk ignores repeated pleas for missing Serial Number/Product Code for Trainz/MAC?
