Serial number heeelp!!

What on earth? Why does my new TS2010EE that I just opened and attempted to install have no serial number? This is wierd. Where the hell is it printed or located?

I've looked everywhere....the manual....the box....the discs....no number works or allows me to install.....this can't be good.

Hi.

In England we would complain to the shop where you brought it from. They would be the first port of call. they should make sure all items are included. Why not try there first.

Where did you buy it? If off the web, you just might be out of luck then as it may be already used goods and the serial number already registered at Auran by someone else.

the serial number is either
a) on the back of the manual
b) on the first page of the manual
c) in an email where you acquired it from (steam, auran, etc.)

Did you buy it from new and rip off the plastic cover without checking and was there a label on it? Have you checked the manual? Have you checked the box? And have you checked to see for an information file on the disc? And for that matter have you checked the front face of the disc?
Are you aware of the fact that this forum is totally made up of users and we did not release Trainz? We use it, we build things for it and we enjoy it. And I for one find the fact that you send your rant in large upper case font and bold to boot; very disrespectful, you should also respond to members who are trying to help you.
