Bobby,
1) check your profile (second "button" from left on this forum).
The information in your profile should include your registered serial number.
That's the registration that is needed for access to the DLS (but see later).
2) In the CMP (for 2006 - it's similar for the others) you need to enter your username and password - the same as you use to access your profile.
When you connect to the DLS it uses this information to cross reference your registered serial number...
3) When you re-installed, you did re-enter the serial number? This has to match the one in your profile...
4) do remember that if the CMP can't connect to the DLS, it will report that you are not registered - do check the connection to the DLS is OK (including your firewall settings - these may defaul to no access especially if you've re-installed everything!)
5) failing all of that, I guess it's contact with the help desk.
