Select multiple sections of spline?

Hi;
In TS2010, Is it possible to select more than one spline segment at once?
I am moving track and road splines to separate layers (one for track, one for roads, etc) but have to select each spline segment and change the layer individually.

i believe thats the only way one at a time

You can copy and paste a whole group of track to a different layer but I'm not sure if it will maintain the alignment of the track.

I wouldn't need to do this if I had been paying better attention when I was laying the track and road, and placing objects.
It has become a sort of peeve with me, having things on the correct layers.

Nice thing is, this is brainless work, and I usually do it while listening to music or an audio book. It actually relaxes me.

It's just that I don't like to spend a lot of time doing something (even if it's pleasurable) if there is a much faster, more efficient method.
