I have include some comands to order to a driver to go to a specific point, but the speed it takes is very show, how can I modify that speed be cause the , the consist control only apeares just one second every time the consist complete a command, and I have no time to modify that speed

Place speedboards along the track, you can find them in trackside objects. The loco will then travel at the speed designated on the speedboards.
