IPA
Tut, tut!
Should have been IPA....
Hi Jay,
Well, firstly I didn't want to deprive you of any as that might prevent you from getting the inspirations to create such wonderful vehicle models.
Secondly I am not really a pints person do Disaronno is more up my street.
Now it will be losing weight time - yet again... ha ha. It won't help that I have another invite to dinner tonight because my relatives feel I need building up, and boy oh boy do they try.... they are very loving.
That apart, I watched the Disney A Christmas Carol late last night and the buildings in it were quite amazing as are the animations of people, even individual strands of hair. How much 3D do you want, more like 6D!! I must try my hand at a building, maybe the Corn Exchange, but my guess is that the polys will shoot through the roof.
Got my three latest creations slightly out of scale I think, so they need sorting out soon. They aren't too bad, wall heights are more or less right, it's the roofs that are too large and don't fit on with my other buildings very well.
I also remodelled the roof of Bakers Store yesterday. The one on the DS is correct but again it fails to butt to other shops so I will send this one up as a second version re-roofed.
You'all try to not to stuff yourselves too much, I feel bloated after last night's repast, and let us all look forward to a wonderful and creative New Year.
Many thanks to those that have helped me when stuck in gmax, Paul of PaulzTrainz in particular who is so incredibly patient with me when I stumble, but also a good few others such as Bendorsey for help on the Coal Stages and you Jay, for the night texture files you so kindly and thoughtfully sent.
These are the things that make Trainz and the Trainz community such a great place to be, not that I know all that much about trains themselves, nor how they run in the real world and/or many of the terms used by a great many folk on here, so we should all try to learn and be more kind and patient with each other, help is so much better than criticism. But there is constructive criticism and I am always happy to accept that, as should we all at times.
Have a great day and enjoy the remaining Bank holidays. Being old, crinkly and retired every day is a Bank holiday for me so I cheat a bit. Well no, I am not really crinkly as my picture shows, but I am old.
Bless you all,
Angela
