Stumbled on Open Railway Maps - a searchable by city and very detailed Map of Railroads/Railways Worldwide with the exception of a few countries. Lots of other detailed info as well. Enjoy

Yeah, this is another great one. I've been here a few times. It's amazing to see what's still around and what's been abandoned at the same time in the same area.

I tried to remake Pozarevac - Zajecar based on dem and vectors based on Open Railway Maps, tracks were pretty displaced (maybe Transdem issue) and tracks had so many spline points i just gave up (like every 20 meters). Curve radius and gradients were insane too.

I've noticed the same with Open Railway Maps. I never add the splines in when using TransDEM for that reason.

Thank you Sultan! Quite a lot of interesting things were there to be discovered on Open Railroad Maps that helped me on my Utah route I am building.
