Script Errors

This is what I'm seeing on the BNSF C44-9W, SP SD70M, SP SD40T-2, SP SD45, ATSF GP60M, ATSF GP60M and BN SD70MAC. This picture is a direct result of the deficiency.

Looks like you have an outdated train library or something like that. Also iam not quite sure you know what the word deficiency is.

I would highly suggest that deleting scripts is not a good solution.

I had the same problem before trying my solution. So far, so good.

Deleting the scripts simply stops the error, because it's an error in the scirpt (even if it's simply a case of the library being out of date). It doesn't actually fix the issue...

Keep in mind train.gs isnt the JointedRail Script library. train.gs is the actual games script file itself so your issue here is within the game, not JR.

Problem solved. I just had to enable hardware TL and disable shadows.

Go open up Trainz and go to options and then advanced and it's right above shadows.

Launch TS12, click on options, go to advanced options, enable Hardware TL and disable shadows. Put display mode on Direct X and put antialias mode on 4.

I've had it already had those checked.

I'm honestly trying to figure out how changing visual settings somehow makes the train.gs file that is part of the game suddenly behave?
