If your talking about the yellow glare over the conrail logo, it's due to the yellow lights on the short hood.

Are you using Photobucket? They seem to be having problems lately. Nothing totally out of the ordinary.

Actually I was talking about the the picture above me, it's not everyday you see skellis workin on the railoroad.
