If you have any suggestions for the contest PM me.

I'm betting it's stuff like the old freight and passenger equipment and older diesels like GP7s and GP9s as well as steam.

I'm thinking Classic may be about typical locos and rollingstock as they are/were in real life in a specific era. If you went into a time machine and went back to a certain era, this is the Classic example of what you'd see I guess.

3x2100s working a coalie through Western QLD could be classed as "Classic".

This is actually Industrail by PhilSkene, but the train itself and the location looks very QLD in my opinion.

I hope this would count, the topic is a little unclear.

Well, I don't know either, so, I'll toss this one into the ring...I think it's a classic locomotive anyway....

An old paint-peeling CN GP9rm runs around it's freight consist in the yard on gisa's new Canadian route, Brampton...I put the grass on BTW.

Cheerz. ex-railwayman.

Well how about a classic working from steam days.

4F slogging up the 1in100 climb to Brockingham Sleet Hill station with a trip freight from Brockingham North Street goods yards, seen here passing over Gordsley viaduct.
