@dlohrmeyer, I get the Grain Elevator on the DLS. Look under Grain silos CS ( kuid:68213:27068:1). The Silo is made by the great Content Creator Dinorius_Redundicus.

No one knows, hopefully he is in one piece and alright. Who knows, maybe if he is in college or grade school he is just too busy dealing with final exams & end of the year stuff. Hopefully that is the case.
