I believe its a VR ( Victorian Railways? ) coach made by S301.they bear a close resemblance to a certain SP coach...you'd have to PM him because I forgot whether his stuff is on the DLS or on a seperate site and I don't have the time at the moment ( sorry! ) to look for it. But he can help you.
