Hert, could you tell me where that station and dual gauge track is available please?

Not true!! At the Colorado Railroad museum, we have 4 rail dual gauge track around the roundhouse. This was done so that locomotives would be more evenly balanced on the turntable (which is standard gauge). If we used 3 rail track, narrow gauge engines would put more weight on one side of the turntable.

I think this was common practice when it came to dual gauge turntables.

The station is Trainzitalia Payware which I reskinned the roof to make it look like it has snow on it.

And the track I believe is called quad rail track available on the DLS.
