While it's a well composed shot, those mutant trees are going to cost you votes. I know I wouldn't vote for it. Maybe change the season, at least?
I think he'll lose more for wrong-line-running. US trains run on the right. What a messed up thing to do! :p

There are three other pics including mine that you could say that about. Technically there is no such thing as running on the wrong side of the track. As a standard practice you are right but trains get switched around for any number of reasons. A local working on a east bound track so the east bound train is diverted to the west bound track to get around and so on and so forth. I can understand the trees but I see no reason for something like this affecting a pictures rating, even if you are joking.

BNSF 7361 Dims her lights as she rattles the diamonds meeting Amtrak San Joaquin 714 at 5th street in Hanford, California.

My vote right there. Excellent shot. Might I add you can get some actual P42's elsewhere, rather than a P32ACDM. Check out AMTZ, we have them in every paint scheme. Even the Heritage units. Once, again. Love the shot.

Also right hand running in the US is not universal - the Chicago and NorthWestern ran left handed on all double track sections, and the Union Pacific and Metra both run left handed today over all former C&NW routes.

Metra running right handed on former Milwaukee line;

Metra running left handed on former C&NW line. Rapid transit train on the other side of the fence is the CTA Lake Street elevated line, which at various times ran left handed but today runs right handed.
