Screenshot of the Week: 12-Jan-2014 to 19-Jan-2014 (Warning: large shots potential)

This is my LaRue Central Shortline railroad which has the Avery-Drexel line as a base, but expanded a bit. Here are two LaRue 4-6-2's pulling a train up the 2% Grade on Oldham Hill, Crossing the Louisville Trestle. The Paint Scheme is inspired from SP's "San Joaquin Daylight" and they both burn oil, Road Numbers #3000 and #3001. #3000 on the point. 1600P-X-1200P The photographer climbed a large oak to get this shot!

Nice shot but ....

Rare but two Amtrak's met at the Hanford Amtrak this weekend, thought I'd enter it.
.... 21 days beyond the deadline!

Welcome to Screenshot of the at least 3 Weeks late Competition :D

Not your fault Williamb73, we're all still waiting for the voting thread.

I'm not having a go at Retro here, this is a serious suggestion being made on the grounds of what's been happening:

Perhaps Screenshot of the Week could become Screenshot of the Month? (But still with a week's worth of voting time.) It would be easier to moderate that way.

Kieran.
