Well I asked Arraial if he would do the Hawk Mk IX (from Space 1999) as part of his Marz project and he did, and very good it is too. I'm pretty sure this is an original piece of work and not 'stolen' from anywhere.

While some of his pieces may be unorthodox, like all the Sci-Fi stuff, and, yes, it would have been nice if he'd provided a full catalogue for the cdp download he was offering, I'm still shocked at the degree of abuse that's been directed against Arraial on this, and other threads.

We should also bear in mind that he is clearly not a native English speaker. He has the courtesy to seek to communicate with us in a language that is not his own, so perhaps those of us who are English speaking could show him a degree of tolerance in how we respond to his posts?

Finally, as I understand it, this whole thread was originally motivated by his desire to offer his creations as a free download to the community seeing that the free DLS is currently not functioning. Perhaps his intentions were poorly communicated, but, as they say, it's the thought that counts and it certainly didn't deserve the absolutely waspish response of some people on this and other threads!

Vinnye is never to lathe for making peace, im not a person whit Hard fillings im a explosive person and i dont save hate or hunger for more then some hours, i thing the hate is the worst thing that can happen to a person and this cases generally only happen in the majority of the people who see they sun or some familiar being murderer or some very very heavy, its not our case, i see now better your content , i never activate the box's of trs2004 and the others 3 boxes always make a search whit this boxes all by default because i always really think they haven't already no one content of this previous versions only the trs2006: but i see your engine and is a very beautiful machine, its petty i cant download then from the dls for see better the details of the loco, i think if you take a lot time for doing that and gives to you pleasure to make this, its ok nobody have nothing whit that, i hope you now stays more calm and whit all data i already supply in this threat you realized all no pass from a mistake of yours,...i dont know what program you use for makes the locos if is blender, gmax or 3DMax for what i know the gmax is very limited and have bean not supported by Autodesk anymore but for games its good and its ok, i work whit max because i need renders images and need high polygonization,for mi work, gmax not support many polys , if you see one off the my complexes upstair you see a little transparent bar whit text, this is the optional settings from Vray, says in there 4 000 000 primitives. this is because their all have interiors and many details, this makes all the vray and light calculations up astronomically and if you see the restaurant project upstairs you see they take almost 6 hours for render this single image. that's why exists now farmer renders (many computers working together) but they are very expensive but can do this 6 hours image in 10 or 20 minutes , thats why, my computers working at night when i sleep eheheh. And i really think is very nice make all parts of a mesh by the begging but you are a retired people and is an hobby for you, you dont live whit that, and i already sick of making that in my work. And if you think better no one architectural designer makes all, if have short times to accomplish a work for a client, the furniture, cars and plants all they have already maket, and that's why exists many sites selling and others open sources like (http://www.3dmodelfree.com/) providing this materials or models for free to architects and designers. But if are other users making the models in other way whit parts and more fast then you if not trespass any rule then Vinney must be ok to , and you dont have to bother whit that.

Well, well, I see now where you are coming from :wave: . Pardon my ignorance re my earlier assumption of you being a 14 year old (young) kiddie (on account of your english speaking...) doing what you are doing. As I did not know then as I explained in a post further above.

It seems now to me, you are a genuine 3D modeler but I still don't get your post where you show this picture here:

Does that mean you d/load some of these models for use in Trainz? Then I was not far off with some remarks I posted earlier. In any case, that is you.

If you would like to see some details of some of my created engines (which you say you can not d/load to check these), although I made these for TRS04 to beat the upload deadline for AURAN TRS04 content but which are working faultless in native mode in TS09/10, check this web page:

Which will give you more details of what I am doing. Currently I am working on the Australian CLP/CLF Classes of diesel engines which you can see as the left hand engine in my signature picture below.

Since this is a screenshot forum, I might as well show here some progress pictures of the CLP16 engine:

I use 3DS Max5 for all my work, I am not a rich person and as I was able to obtain my 3DS Max5 version second hand, this only cost me a fraction of the costs of a new current copy.

Now that I understand you better I also wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and I hope there is no ill feelings between us.

Earlier in this thread someone referred to the buildings you had created with all the people, cars, details, ect. I was wondering if that is avaliable anywhere? I have searched your username on the DLS and have not been able to find any buildings, although I have found some amazing content which is in the process of downloading as we speak. Thank you so much for this amazing content, and keep up the good work!

Vinnie no hard filings here the site upsters are in my web site as a link post and as offering the banner by 3dxtras to me, i m register in there and client of then for 3 years right now i upload some models in there free models off mine some years ago and is for improving news students off 3d models and some people who have created and wants to show their models to the world in max. 3ds, acad, etc...for using free for all, and yes Vinnie they have the plane Addam aircraft 700 blue i put in dls.
