Thanks to you to Backyard, i us-to to be playing cod1 sniper in my old days i like very much this multilayer game then was a map in there called backyard and i love it, realy do the best map in the all server...this is to calm the ocean.....and Amazon is a stat of brazil they are divided in stats but amazon is in north of Brasil in south America the biggest forest of the world

I have a friend from Belize, he spoke Portuguese as well as Spanish(German & French also)...he was our bucket operator in tree-work, but took off a year at a time to errect radio towers in Africa.
I have heard of the Code1 Sniper game, but only in passing & you bet I only run Trainz today!
I took the name "backyard" from the powerline clearance tree work I did in back yards, and also about working in the railroad 'back-yard.'

Geez..... some people really flip out here. I only queried the original poster why he wants us to d/load a 520 MB file without any description in his/her post. How would I know what is included in it, hence.... Plus my query concerned a few other things which are normally not announced or done like it was done in this thread. The OP might have announced this somewhere else remote in another thread in this forum, this again is not my problem as I surely DO NOT READ EVERYTHING here in this forum.
As said, NOT EVERYONE has a download quota to justify d/loading a large file like that. I happen to have ONLY a satellite internet connection, too far away from a Telstra exchange for ADSL or ADSL2. NO BL**DY wireless internet connection either in my neck of the woood, so I pay PREMIUM for my d/load quota ($79.00 per month for only 4/6 GB quota). This is my problem only, hence my query.
I normally DO NOT have to justify myself and I STILL STAND BY each word I wrote. I only wish the OP could make him/herself understand a bit better, then he/she might not have been as steamed up as he/she is/was.
Chill out, the world will be a much happier place and a Merry Christmas and all that which goes with it to you too. Perhaps make that Easter as well

I dont want anybody download it...i want people who trust me download it ,that's a big difference and i already says upstairs is all they are in the dls and (read the other posts please) many people already download it.
Its fair i say here, you Viny from 2 years right until now you only put 51 models in trainz? original models of yours i dont have doubts of that, but i even want to start another discussion whit you because of what i going to say next..
my first model upload here was at [FONT=Verdana, Arial]6th October 2010 dont even as 3 months and i put 151 models in there. No one even the bests of the bests make 151 models in this time life ...and for what? to promoting me my self? i put many models from the google eart at the start i dont see many models conversions in the dls from google earth.. but they say there they are from google earth because this models are free on the weeb, others who dont have author names its because i have more concern to put then ready and is not easy at all, then do find the author names this models are already all over the place and some author names even already appears in the models but mi only intention are put the major number of models to renovate a little and maintain a new interest in the dls and in trainz because they are a excellent game the best i can already see in the world and trs2010 is amazing, i and others dont have a minimal doubt about that here, but in order to make a new idea over fiction its impossible make all model from the origin im alone here i dont have any help, iff was for mi promotion i put my models of architectural and others here and i have many you dont have doubts about that...i put some in the other thread i going to say one thing Viny i already work whit max ,and poser, ligtwave unity 3d daz studio, cinema 3d and Maya from many years ago i start to work in max in version 3.0 this program only works at the time in Dos only they start whit then in 1988 then you see i dont need to take models of others to show mi works i already show what i can do here...and i put here one Challenger to you... take a building from google earth and put it in dls i want to see if you can do that...dont tel me is models of others they are all free dont have any copyrights .... convert then flip the normal of the mesh, erase the holes faces re-texture him and reduce the polys of that mesh and put it in dls.
then i going to say to you how better or good you are in 3d models....
its more easy make a simple building then put one in dls, then to put and convert one restructuring him from google earth you can bet it..

i do not give any link from the site of 3d02 and even i dont know where and how you can go at this site i give a link of an gfx site is possible you are be redirected for a malicious Virus or some malware softw better thing is using the anti malwarebytes and do a scan disk.

Some of us are concerned. If I were you, I would be very cautious in future. Many among the Trainz community are not easily fooled by the conduct as such as yours. So don't take what I'm about to say the wrong way.
With a bit of investigating into Googles user's creations, there are infact numerous Sketch-up designer's that do have a Copyright on the work they produce.
How could you not be aware of this ?
If you are still unsure, I strongly suggest you carefully read Googles 3d Warehouse Privacy Policy: http://www.google.com/3dwh_dmca.html
From what you've stated above is clearly an offence and violation of Googles terms and conditions, and therefore is often seen as a deliberate and senseless act of Plagiarism.

What has the creating of my content in the last 2 years got to do with this thread? I do QUALITY creations, the last 5 engines I uploaded took OVER 12 MONTHS to create. That is me! Other creators spend a lot longer to create their engines. What engines did YOU create? Just for example the engines I presently work on (lower left in my signature picture) are already progressing some months into creating these. With MY OWN created meshes!
YOU on the other hand are using SOMEONE ELSE'S meshes and upload these as YOUR OWN! I could do that too IF I wanted to do this and make possibly several hundreds of uploads with someone else's meshes in a short time which I could d/load from various 3D web sites but this is against the spirit of creating (see, I say CREATING of my own meshes not STEALING someone else's mesh and bragging of creating this YOURSELF) for Trainz. And this what you are doing is possibly or most likely against AURAN's policy of uploading content, let alone infringing copy rights or author's permission.
I will not lower myself to your level of "discussion" here as YOU are so sadly mistaken to think of what you are doing is right. I will let the majority of readers and users here decide the rights and/or wrongs of what YOU are doing. Just because some d/loaders are happy with your downloads DOES NOT make this right.
For me, this discussion has ended as I can not see anything fruitful coming from any further discussions. Unless you DO INDEED GET AGAIN personal.....

This is not rocket science, anybody can do that. Tell us, what have you REALLY CREATED YOURSELF? Meaning, what meshes did you personally create and make and not steal from someone else?

When uploading content to AURAN's DLS server, one IS getting asked as part of the upload agreement whether the upload IS ONE's own mesh and/or creation or similar (among other stuff when asked to tick this agreement). Just by agreeing to this, isn't the OP clearly breaking any rules if he/she is lying to this?

3d02 is part of & incorporated into the gfx site that you gave the link to.
nop is a link only if you go at 3d models in the gfx site you can download programs everything this site is free, for the others users i only say that ..so much hate in your hearts makes bad to the soul. next some models from origin mesh textures everything.

The appropritate line in Google's licence agreement for 3D warehouse is this:

It clearly permits end users to create and distribute derivative works. I'm kind of surprised that more folks haven't done this, but it may be more to do with the efficiency of the SketchUp models (one of Arraial's conversions uses at least 51 materials).
And as far as I can see, GFXWorld is not the same site as 3D02, they simply link from each other. I can't see any information about distribution, copyright or licensing on GFXWorld. I would have thought that stuff is posted there to be used, but obviously it's a courtesy to acknowledge the source of any non-original material.
As far as not uploading to the DLS, I think most creators read the licence agreement, and are happy with Auran using their content to improve each version of Trainz. I'm not happy with the lack of free access at the moment, but hopefully it will be fixed soon...

I' a bit stressed atm, but I kind of see what you are getting at. What more is there needed to be said concerning Auran's DLS agreement, well it's clear the truth of the policy speaks for itself which is there for everyone to adhere by.
Including those who are literally very capable of misusing and violating the conditions and terms of usage to Auran's DLS policy.
I don't know how this can be prevented ?
We'll have to start a petition or something. :hehe:

1 - You can't prevent it, but if you KNOW that a particular item is not the uploader's work, AND you KNOW that they do not have permission (or the item is not open source), then you can report it. No-one so far has pointed to any copyright restrictions on any of the items Arraial has uploaded - if you can, please do - If you can't, then it amounts to a pretty nasty slur on the reputation of a creator.
2 - No problem - always best to get facts straight before slinging mud (or mixing metaphors)...
