scenery items/expansion pack for 2010 user

I am wondering if I were to purchase the midwest grain expansion pack, primarily for the engine shed with operating doors would I have problems using items in 2010? Purchasing TS12 isn't really. consideration especially being a backer for the new sim. Otherwise I would gladly buy midwest grain.

You only need the MWG route, it comes with it for free.
