Try Bridgehampton Metro South <kuid:134105:1485> by paulzmay.
A one board section of a fictional British light rail metro system. Fairly high in detail, and accompanied by an automatic session. A list of links to non-DLS content can be found in the forums.
Thanks, but I don't like anything but trams
Until someone tells me about such scenarios and sessions, please tell me what does that kuid string is all about?

Look at Modula City and Cabon City Classic at trainzland.net. MC is up to version 3.6 even though the one they're advertising on their site is older; you should contact them to ensure you get the latest. There's a little bit of tram action on my unfinished MainStreet route on the DLS, but it's basically just a loop. There are a few people working on various, stunning tram routes (see the screenshot thread) but they haven't been released yet.

Actually, even though paulzmay says light rail, that's a fancy term for trams. He uses Belgian trams in his layout. A Kuid string is the indentifer for all assets available in the game or on the download station. i.e. kuid:xxxxxx:100 could be a piece of track, while kuid:yyyyyy:101 could be a building or a different piece of track or anything else available. Hope this answers your question.
You will find that my tram routes, Brideghampton Metro South, Hampton Mall, Westhaven Coastal and Westhaven Trams are all created for TRS04/06, so there will probably be quite a lot of content to fix to run in TS12. I'm working on an expansion to Bridgehanpton Metro South at the moment, and expect to finish it soon. As this is built in TS2010 native mode, it should run fine in TS12. An expanded version of Hampton Mall will take a while longer.
Ok thanks for the explanation of kuid strings.
Unfortunately that's not what I am desperate for either.
I want something complete (not pieces likes pieces of tracks or buildings and so on) - something like Classic Carbon or Modula City - but with older trams (from the 70s - 80s - 90s).
And made for Trainz 12.
