IN August 2007, A local waits for the Conrail Unit leading a CSX unit over a dirt road crossing. The crossing is very heavily used....Or used to be untill a year ago....The state Built a highway 2 miles south of the crossing....Conrail has not got around to tearing the crossing down and replacing the towers with a crossbuck.

With storm warnings out and threatening clouds rolling on in...this ELS crew is just about to tie up for the night in their yard and head home to a safe place when this storm hits....They just have to wait for the WC to clear the diamond....




PS....The WC train is hitting the crossing.....(in case ya'll were wondering ) :wave:
