I have watched theses videos with every nice looking crossing gates and I have wanted to Download them for along time. But seeing as http://saxrt.com/ has ben down for some time now, Is there an alternate plane to download this content?

any time. While your registered why not take advantage of your membership. We welcome anything to do with the railroad. Be it model, real or sim.
