Hey everyone.I'm having a problem.I'm trying to save all my route dependencies all at once but its not allowing me to do that.So I select my route (ex."NJT-per" then I right click to view all dependencies and it shows it and then I select all of em at once CTRL+A,I right click and save to CDP*everything is still highlighted it packs everything up and when its done this message about built in content appears and theres 2 options "Cancel" & "View Dependencies".I tried cancel so now I look on my desktop and there is no CDP file there. Then I selected View and still there was none. Can someone help me with this please.

Then when I save a CDP one by one it gives me the option where to save and a name which I don't get when I select them all at once. Help would be appreciated, thanks.

I think that if any of the kuids in a list to be saved to a cdp are builtin, the cdp file will not be created. Try selecting only local kuids.

After you have generated the dependency list, apply another filter to exclude built in content. You should now be able to save the resulting asset list to a cdp.

Be aware that any models in a map, and trains placed in a session, will not have found the sub dependencies of these assets. You might get a locomotive in the original cdp but not sub dependencies - bogeys, hornsound etc.

A simpler solution (assuming your version of CMP supports it) would be to add the route and any sessions to an archive and save that. It'll add the dependencies for you unless you tell it not to.

Edit: In retrospect, it seems that won't find subdependencies either.
