Save JK Junction settings to map

Hi;
Can someone tell me how to save the settings of my Andi06 JK Junctions to the map, rather than the session?
I have done it with the ATLS assets, and was told that I can do it with JK junctions as well.

I've not been able to work out how to save the JK settings to the route. I think the JK assets pre-date the idea of layers, so the settings (textures) get saved to a session variable. If you don't load the session, all the junctions revert to "JK Default" appearance.

That is my experience, but I will watch this thread to see if anyone does know a way round it!

So this is, more or less, a "me too" posting!

According to Andi06, the CC of the assets, it can be done. It really has nothing to do with layers. It's just sessions and routes, which have been around at least since 2006.
I'll take another look at the tutorials.

If you look at the ATLS assets in game at the top of the "?" window in surveyor there is a row of numbers, if you save the asset with that row of numbers as the name it holds the settings in the route file, Now as far as I'm aware Andi06's assets use the same trick, But as to how you work out those numbers for the JK assets I've not got a clue as I've never needed to worry about it.

I'm doing it for the ATLS, but have to look into the JK.
I'll try going to Andi06 web site.

Currently, I'm having some trouble with Trainz TS2010_SP3. I have been back and forth between routes and sessions, and find that I am losing ATLS settings even when I do save both route and session; if I do not use the save to MAP option.

The problem seems to occur after I have run a driver session from Surveyor.

This whole world is buggy, so why should Trainz be an exception :hehe:
