I think it’s the 700 diesel DE meaning diesel electric.

The SAR 700 Diesel is almost identical to a NSGR 442. NSWGR_46Class released a few variants of the 448 onto DLS. You could use one of those or if you are keen to reskin give that a shot, just remeber to get permission from the original creator before trying to repload and always credit the original creator
