RS-1 vs RS-3

For modeling purposes what were the major differences between the Alco RS-3 and RS-1 locos?

Basically, the main difference would be the hood shape; the RS-1 is more squared off, while the RS-3 is much more rounded. Look here for a slightly better (and visual) explanation:

The hole body, frame, and engine are deferent. I have RS1's and an RS2 on the DLS. The RS2 and RS3 have only a few deferences and I will be making one soon.

I ask because I'd love to skin a nice model in a Frisco scheme. The SLSF had RS1's on their roster if I'm correct and they were common on their sub's like the Clinton.
