This is the same kuid and this is the config.

Compare the mass of both cars and the max weight, you are probably exceeding the weight of the car when you try to load a container. The mass of a 20ft is 24000, Mass of car = 60000 + maxweight=73150 you have exceeded the car's weight by 850. Remove the max weight or decrease the car's mass. See my config.
