RR Mods Items Not Working

So for some reason none of my RR Mods assets will spawn in Trainz 2019. This being both rolling stock and engines. They are not faulty or missing any dependencies and show that they are in working order. But when I'm in a session and try to spawn any of them they don't spawn and it gives me the error sound, like when you try and attach 2 different splines together. Also they worked within the game prior.

I've tried figuring it, but I can't seem to get it to work. If anyone has any idea or knows how to fix it any help is greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have enough track to place your freight cars and very long tracks to place consists.
