Routes & Sessions

Ver 2010:
I don't know what I have done, but when I choose edit Route there is nothing on the boards except scenery, no trees, not trains, track, nothing. It must have been something I done in the layers menu, However when I choose edit session everything is where I placed it. What happened? Also when I edit my route should I be editing the route or the session?

Ive always found it better to edit from the session. All changes to the route will then be with that session. If you carried out alterations to the route only, you may alter or delete something that the session needed to place rolling stock etc. The map could even save as a different kuid so the linked session would not work.
