Routes for 04 with these stations

Are there any routes for TRS04 with the following stations?:Sheffield, Manchester Airport and or Victoria , Bolton and Crewe.

Uuumm... I believe that Captain_Scarlet created a model of Sheffield Midland am I not correct? Manchester (Airport and Victoria) has not been done, and Bolton hasn't been done. Crewe can be found under the DLS by Segy. He created 2 versions I believe.
