Route of the Eagle

Yeah, are there any Docs or Maps for this... I got it to download and it seems all assets are there with the exception of some ground texture that i see a spot here and there thats missing its tex...
 
Well, Im just mostly looking for docs or maps... everything seems to be working...

are there any pre built scenerios someplace that i missed?
 
When I dl this route I was missing several items, bridges, texture, etc. I found as many as I could, but there were tons of error messages. I deleted those I could not fix and then had the route delete any missing assets. What I then found was that all the rrxings were broken and had to be deleted and replaced. Once I did that I was able to use the route. I want to say that I like it very much. Definitely one of the best track laying jobs around and the scenery is very good. I am now in the process of assigning consists to service the verious industries. I don't like the prolars so I just use instant load/unload for them. I have had to make a few minor changes with the signals to run a large number of ai trains but I have been able to work around almost every problem. I was working on a very similar route of my own when I downloaded this one and I so like it that I am using it instead of finishing my own for the present at least. Thanks for a beautiful and interesting route.
 
I've been struggling with this for several weeks.

What version of Trainz are you folks using? I'm using TRS06.

My biggest problem is repeated crashes with both the render.dll and the standardkernal.dll. Deleting some assets has helped but I've not yet found the culpret causing the crashes.

Sometimes it works great with one consist for quite some time, other times it goes down in just a few minutes.

Great route! Sure hope I can get it running smoothly with multiple consists.
 
I have 09 build 40040

I have not suffered any crashes so far... I have a Compaq / AMD Dual Core 4450e 2.3 Gigs with 4 Gigs of Ram and a Nvidia GeForce 9400GT 512Meg Video card and I'm running Vista Home Premium... Same time though... This machine is only being used for Trainz right now... might just keep it that way...

I learned long time ago back about the time of MS Flight Sim 5 or 6.. Load your machine up with as much ram as you can afford and do the same with the video card and don't rely on your system doing its own driver updates... do it yourself to make sure you have the most current...
 
This was the first route I moved into 2010EE. I have had to replace a few items and of course the ai replaced track and trees. I then replaced all of the track with mp wood v2 which looks great. I had to replace the switches with one kind and in some cases had to redo the junction. It is now working fine. I filled in a few missing textures, added some track to make some loading/unloading loops, rearranged the signals to allow one way traffic on the single track stations and the route is working fine. Still get an industry error message with the yellow button but I just close and it goes away. This is a great route and I now have 12 ai trains set up serving industries. If I could speed the newer locos up some I would be in business. It is by far my favorite route outside of my own and I am very pleased that it is working so well in 2020 (compatability mode).
 
Upload fixes

It would be cool if you guys could upload the fixed Route(s) for the various versions or workarounds. Give the original author credit and let a whole bunch of people gain access without it being broken.

Sessions would be very welcome!
