Route disappeared

I recently downloaded Clinch TRS II from the CM in my TS12. I wanted to make some changes to the trees and track to some better quality assets. I used the "Replace Assets" dropdown box and everything was fine. Saved it, and exited. Now it has disappeared from my Routes list. Anybody know why? Where did it go? Can I not modify a route that I download? How do I get it back? Can I "re-download" from CM again and do something differently to change the assets, or can I NOT modify a downloaded route?

Check in CM to see if it has any errors. I have seen downloaded routes which after saving a new version result in an error, often to do with the tag thumbnail which needs to be deleted.

I looked in "installed" in CM and found one broken asset: Ladder truck. What can I do to fix this? I tried to update (no update) and disable. Nothing worked. Any suggestions?

Connel,

Right-click on the route and choose Edit in Explorer.
A Windows Explorer window will open up and you'll see a bunch of files.
Open up the Config.txt file in a text-only editor. By default, Windows will use Notepad for this.

Find the thumbnail line, and delete it.

Save the Config.txt
Close the Windows Explorer window

Back in Content Manager:
Right click on the route again
Click on View errors and warnings.
You should now see nothing.
Close the window
If there is nothing, press CTRL+M to commit the asset (route) back to the database.
If there are errors, repeat the above procedure.
