route accidentally merged with session layer ARG!

OK the other day I was attempting to merge my session into my route - but just the opposite happened. How do I undo this? I want all my session back in the route and then I will edit only my consists to be in the session. Is there a good tutorial on working with layers. The entire process is not user friendly at all. I have been working on this route - which is an expanded Industrial Wasteland route - since 2006. I am ticked a myself for trying something new. :'(

Hi Jim,

If you didn't save anything you can just reload it, but if you saved, check through the backup folders. TS12 makes backups of edited content, including routes. I believe you can restore the route through Content Manager, but don't quote me on this. If anything I'd backup what you have first before poking around to ensure you don't lose everything.

How about you now just merge your session in your route, save, done?
