Pencil42 and Fitz505 have done quite a bit of freight materials. Ben Dorsey did a set of TOTC wooden renameable passenger cars, as well as a set of renameable Harriman cars. These may need some fixing to work in the latest versions of Trainz.
Check out my reskins. There are 59 34' wooden boxcars. and 44 36' wooden boxcars. I've also done 24 wooden flat cars and a 6 pack of 36' wooden beer reefers. All build 2.9 or higher.
