Well, I thought I was. It's in Locomotive_Dependecies.cdp which I have in the folder with my JR payware. However, I also have a JR_Locomotive_Dependecies.cdp in the same folder with a later file date and a smaller file size. It would appear that they've been removed from the later pack (or I screwed up and put the file in the wrong place). Threeheadedmonkey is VMD so you might look there. I don't have any assets that require the 05 flare and a bunch that use one or more of the others, so I can't narrow it down a specific asset. Sorry.
