Road trouble

HI everyone,

I've had the 2009 version of trainz for a while now and I can not for the life of me figure out how to get the cars working on the road splines like in previous games. I've found a city car generator in the splines but it does nothing. I'm also not to computer literate so I do not know how to change the specs or anything of the sort. If anyone could help that would be great.

Go to "routes", highlight your route and then "edit route". Click on the "objects" tab on the right and select "spline mode". Next to the X you'll see a button called "toggle traffic" with a red car on it, this turns the traffic on and off, the traffic should be moving along the roads when there is a white circle showing around the red car on the button. Some road splines, dirt roads mostly, don't have any traffic installed at all.

Sorry. Nothing happened. I looked for the roads marked high density, waited and no cars. Tryed the button both with and without the circle. But to no avail.

Start Surveyor and create a new route. When the Trainz Settings window opens it will show the region as Default Region which doesn't have any cars. Click the arrows to select anything except Default Region, then click on the Objects tab (or press F3) and go to Spline mode and place a road. You should have cars. Let us know.
