Reskinning trouble

Hi guys,
I am reskinning Andi06's 1996 TS Train for my own personal use. I am making into a Northern line train. I have added the black box on the front but when I place it in surveyor the black box isn't there . Can you help me get working. Also how do I add custom destiations.
