No.

But reskinning most locos isn't difficult. Which one do you want to try?

Well some are simpler than others, this one isn't one of the simple ones. However in the body folder it just has .bmp files so practically anything can be used to edit them.

Clone it first.

then try this tutorial:

I'd make one change first to one of the files then see if it shows up. Only then would I get into more detail.
