Can anyone reskin the NS SD70M-2s over at sporbust into CN scheme?

There is a "loophole" in the confog.txt file.

The SD70ACE is a non reskinnable locomotive. it doesn't say SD70M-2
try accessing the skin pages.

It doesn't matter if there is a "loophole" in the config, SP_OR_BUST must have accidentally made a mistake in the config file. I guarantee you SP_OR_BUST doesn't want people to reskin his locomotives and release them just because they have a "loophole" in the config! Sorry if I sounded mean but it is the truth, I know freeware creators don't want people to re-release their locomotive with a different paint job and call it their own.

Is Sporbust still active in trainz?If I wanted to reskin it, then I need to ask his permission to do so.

Yes, SP_OR_BUST is somewhat active in the Trainz community, but I would recommend looking in one of his assets for an e-mail address to e-mail him your request.
