Reskin License

Does anyone know the License for the Amtrak P42s and P40s on the DLS, or magicland's DLS Southern Pacific Cars, because I have reskinned versions of these and am wondering if I can release them.

Unles the config in the original asset makes specific statements to the contrary you need the original creator's permission...

The kuid number will give you the creator unless its a reskin.

Magicland has sadly left the community, and I do not think that you can contact him, I have tried to contact him before, and I have gotten no reply.
