Request for a new ATLS traffic light version (with popup dialog box link to assign the ATLS channel)

How do I add in the link so I do not have to click a 'million' times to get the ATLS channel set to a high number ?

The ATLS CONTROLLER <kuid2:76656:500010:8> already has this ability, can y'all please help add it to the ATLS traffic signals,
as I want to create a route with a HIGH amount of ATLS channels (over 100) and being able to enter the channel number into
the popup dialog box in surveyor would be helpful, thank you
