Replacing Nvidia GTS 250?????

I am running TS12 with the GTS 250, in Windows 7 32 bit, E6750 processor @ 2.66GHz 2.67GHz, 6GB RAM (3GB usable). While I have no serious issues with the GTS250 (it stutters a little when approaching "heavy load" areas of routes), there is presumably always room for improvement and I am wondering whether the AMD Radeon HD6950 would be a worth while successor? Any/all thoughts welcomed.

I would recommend staying with a nVidia card to avoid potential driver conflicts. I AM USING THE MSI GT430 slightly Over Clocked and consistently obtain FPS in the 30-50 range. Newegg.com has a good selection to choose from.

The site http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107.html is a good site for graphic discussion. I would recommend going there and reading/comparing various cards. I have used AMD Radeon in the past and they are real good cards.
