Repainting locos?

How do I get into paintshed?

Can I repaint the Auran CN E8 locos in Santa Fe "Warbonnet" colors?

Any help is appreciated.....

Opps, sorry. I guess I forgot to mention I'm usung TRAINZ 2006

1- Open 'CMP'
2- In the top window select 'Paintshed Templates'
3- In the drop down , hi-lite an asset , and right click
4- Select 'Edit'
5- Select 'New PaintShed asset'

Paintshed in 2006

Hi zippo1,

Open CMP, then bring up the search panel on the lefthand side, in the lefthand search box select category then in the righ hand search box select painshed template, Lclick apply. This will bring up a list of templates in the ringht hand panel, search down the one list to find the one you want, Rclick and select edit then select new painshed asset. Don't forget to commit the asset when finished.
Remember when asking for help to give details of the version you are using as different versions have different solutions.

Thanks for the information. I'll make my best effort to get it right.

I can't seem to find an EMD E8 or F9 in "Warbonnet" colors. maybe I can paint my own. :hehe:
