Register My Serial number

Hello all, Question? how come when i try to use download helper it keeps
telling me i must REGISTER MY SERIAL NUMBER before i can use download
helper? I am all ready registered with auran. this is for 2006. my computer crashed and i had to do new xp install. i all so have have 2004 on it. i have no
problems with it. can sure some help....... thanks to all..

If you have no problems with the 04 helper you should be able to use the CMP helper.
Did you put your Id and password in options for TRS2006? did you then open CMP and go to top left File, Settings,Internet make sure your Id and password are in here and that you have the Use Internet explorer settings highlighted.
Ps if you are running a firewall or virus program sometimes you need to allow 06 to connect if you have not done this CMP will not connect and you will get that Must REGISTER MY SERIAL NUMBER message.

Yes I have done all that you have just said and i still get the same message.
