reduce speed when coupling

Several years ago I found a list of commands to couple at a realistic speed.I have recently upgraded to Platinum and in the process lost my own HELP file.
If you were the originator of the topic could you please issue them again, or point me to the correct item on the forum.

I use the driver command Set Max Speed to just before issuing the Couple command. There is also a Set Max Speed to km/h version.
