Redskinning Help

I was Redskinning GP7 Nickel Plate Road 402 into 426, I got the numbers changed but when i checked the Railyard, 1-2/3rds of it was white! What did i do wrong.

you must've accidentally painted it all white when it's supposed to be red.

Make sure your .TGA files aren't compressed. it's usually a save option on your editing software.
