How are the red signals supposed to work in Trainz? Last night I was driving north in an RDC picking up passengers on the VT-NH loop map from USLW. I had an Amtrack train set up in AI to be coming south so I was paying close attention to the signals on the track. As I was traveling under a green signal on a single track and I came upon another signal that turned red when I had no other options available to me and wound up getting hit head on.
I had the Amtrack train traveling under a "go to" command as I do not want to have to babysit the consist and switch the signals for it while I am driving my own train.
Also, if anyone can offer a better way to set up the AI to help prevent this, that would be appreciated, also. I inserted a wait until not red command but did not get the chance to test it yet. I am not sure if that will prevent this from happeneing but if I understand how the signals are supposed to work, it would be helpful. :udrool:
